Hyundai Gaborone dealership has promised its customers quality for money following the launch of a brand new 2016 Tucson. Speaking at the launch Hyundai Dealer Principal Oupa Nkwe said the time has come for the Hyundai to leave the ordinary and step into extra-ordinary designs.

According to Nkwe, the new improved 2016 Tucson SVU is a clear indication of better things to come out of Hyundai going forward. The new model 2016 Tucson commands a wide range of features that make it a car to drive. The first eye catcher is its new improved design. Safety, comfort and quality also distinguish this small SUV from the rest.

The car comes with the first of its kind warranty of 7 years or 200.000km. With the motto ‘New thinking, new possibilities’ Nkwe said ordinary is over at Hyundai and they are looking to produce quality cars to the satisfaction of their customers. The 2016 Tucson is visibly a crowed puller as multitudes of people came to see this new addition to Hyundai family.

Hyundai has been present in Botswana for over 20 years. They once had a plant in Botswana established in 1992 but later relocated. However, the dealership remained in the country to continue to provide Batswana with cars. Nkwe is confident that the new Tucson will breathe new life to the dealership.

In Botswana SUV comes in two engines being the 2.0 litre and the 1.6 turbo. The 2.0 litre one is available only in 4x2 while the 1.6 turbo comes in both 4x2 and 4x4. Power is also something that the new kid in the Hyundai family commands. The 2.0 litre has maximum power of 115kw @ 6200rpm while 1.6 turbo does 130kw @ 5500rpm. With a very good ground clearance the car is suited for local terrain of either off-road and or on-road making it a car of choice for its class.
