Botswana Life celebrate employees

Top performing Botswana Life agents and brokers were on Thursday night celebrated for their continued hard work. Through Botswana Life Achievers Club employees were rewarded for their undying commitment to contributing to the company’s successes. Speaking at the night of glee and glamour organised for the employees, Botswana Life Chief Executive Officer Bilkiss Moorad said the company prides itself in meeting customers at the place of their need all because of the agents and brokers who take the services to them. Moorad said it was important to demonstrate appreciation for the contributions made by these employees. “Tonight we are here to celebrate the achievements of our agents and brokers. The past few years have not been easy because of the shifting global economic dynamic but your perseverance and dedication has ensured that Botswana Life continues to build upon its 41 year legacy,” she said. This is second year that the company has held the Achievers Club awards to reward those who excel in their work. Moorad said since the launch of the club in 2016 it is evident that there have been an immense amount of change in the personal development of the employees. The Head of Retail Sales Moletlanyi Tshosa said the essence of the Achiever’s club is to reward and congratulate sterling performance. He said it is also to inspire hard work among the employees as the path to prosperity. Tshosa said it was important to celebrate employees so that they can keep striving to outgrow their limitations as well as their comfort zones. He said that this motivates employees to work hard every time so that they remain at the top. On the night, the top achievers were rewarded with flat television screens and P2000.00 price for their outstanding performance. Tshosa encouraged those who did not make it into the 2017 Top achievers not to give up but work harder in the coming year to displace those who won.
