This is a very significant development for us given our long partnership with the business community of Boteti District, in particular Orapa Town. Having presence in Orapa has been in our expansion plans for a while. For us, it was more about assessing the needs of our customers and offering the right solutions.

I am pleased to share with you that ever since we opened this Premium Suit in October 2017, utilization numbers are increasing and the feedback that our customers have given us is very encouraging.  Whilst many customers are happy that we have brought banking closer to them saving money and time to travel to Letlhakane Branch, many are excited about the prospects of further understanding banking presented by the relationship based model on offer at our Premium Suite. 


The Orapa Premium Suite offers our Private and Premier Clients a wide variety of banking services unique among them; the Investments & Advisory Services. These are specialized services that help clients diversify their investments vehicles in alignment with their future needs. It is equally pleasing to note that the Bank has invested in the Premier Bankers that service our customers at the Premium suite. These Premium Bankers have been enrolled in an 8 months intensive learning program through the FNB Premium Academy.

The FNB Premium Academy is a series of learning modules designed  to equip Premier Bankers with an understanding of various subjects such as Risk Management, Wealth & Investment Management, Financial Planning, Reading and Analysing Financial Statement and Balance Sheets to mention a few.


In this regard, we are confident that in your Banker, is a financial partner who is able to manage clients’ portfolios and ensure that solutions continually meet customer’s needs as well as exceed their expectations in terms of speed, efficiency, advice and professionalism. Whilst the Premium Suite services our Private and Premier Clients, the Sales & Service Centre here in Orapa caters for our smart and gold account holders. It is by design that the Premier Suite and the Sales & Service Centre handle no cash transactions. We have an ATM and at ADT deposit taking machines (ADT) that extend banking beyond traditional banking hours.

Orapa Premium Suite is part of the Bank’s expansion plan and innovative service delivery channels to serve our customers conveniently and efficiently. This is in line with our Vision 2020, to be a more customer-centric Bank.


FNBB is widely known as the leader in providing innovative solutions. This has not been an independent achievement. It has happened because of our collaboration with you, our customers that we are able to bring solutions that are beneficial to you. We listen to your feedback and try our outmost to act upon them.
