Kelebogile Monyamane and Masego Rapalai are winners of the Multichoice Connecta Tsala competition respectively. Monyamane won P30 000 while Rapalai won P15 000. Multichoice recently ran a Connecta Tsala campaign on four local radio stations where callers were invited to refer a friend to subscribe to DStv. The campaign ended on March 31. At the final live draw at MultiChoice Gaborone Offices on April 15 there was a list of three teams where they managed to pick the ultimate winner. The winning team managed to take home P45 000 collectively. PR and Publicity Executive at Multichoice Thembi Legwaila said they are super passionate about giving back to their subscribers. “2015 was a rough year but in 2016 we have already started the year with a bang, with many positive initiatives including this very campaign,” she said. Multichoice Botswana CEO Billy Sekgororoane applauded participants, saying though they always had competitions but they were not very interactive and that was why they saw the need to make sure that people know about this one. He said people should know that they are also appreciated by Multichoice in Botswana just like in their counterpart South Africa. When receiving the cheque Monyamane could not contain her joy as she thanked God for the money that she got from MultiChoice. She intends to subscribe for a full bouquet for the whole year.
