In pursuit of its commitment in raising the bar for the local hospitality industry and going the extra mile to reach out to its surrounding communities, Masa Square Hotel will embark on a nation-wide tour in efforts to engage stakeholders from the public and private sectors nationwide. The tour will span over a five-day period beginning in Mahalapye on May 27 and ending in Kasane on June 2nd.
The tour is a key component of the Hotel’s commitment to strengthening stakeholder relationships, and to establish new connections as the hotel continues to grow and expand. In addition, this tour represents an opportunity to strengthen ties with the civil society.
The Masa Square Hotel (MSH) General Manager, Greg Soutter said, “Business is about building quality relationships and it is our pleasure to help our stakeholders do exactly that. Beyond our everyday business of hospitality, we enjoy taking time out to network with stakeholders, share ideas and insights on our industry as well as learn from our stakeholders’ businesses.”
The nation-wide tour is part of Masa Square Hotel’s greater strategy in expanding its reach across the country. The tour will involve the Masa Hotel’s Sales and Marketing team travelling to Mahalapye, Palapye, Serowe, Selebi-Phikwe, Orapa, Letlhakane, Tutume, Masunga, Francistown and finally draw to a close in Kasane.
Soutter said Masa Square Hotel’s focus on hospitality was conceptualised with making good business happen in mind. Balancing both business and leisure, the Hotel’s vision of hospitality is founded on accommodating every business need, including the public service sector.
Soutter said: “The team here at Masa understands more than anyone the business needs of our valued civil servants. We take pride in our unique facilities and services which were developed to sell the unique Botswana experience while helping our stakeholders make the right impression for their brands.” He continued, “As a business that prides itself in enabling people to make the right connections, our tour forms part of our efforts to reach out to communities from different sectors in our economy including our public service. We look forward to gaining fresh insights from our stakeholders for us to understand them better and also build on through enhancing our service delivery.”
