Tswako Music & Joyful Productions will host Winnie Mashaba 4th Annual Moral Regeneration Gospel festival at Boipuso Hall in Gaborone on August 11.

Winnie Mashaba Annual Moral Regeneration’s main purpose is to pray, guide and remind each other that we have power over our emotions. This will be a combination of dialogue sessions lead by Winnie Mashaba with the assistance of local motivational speakers such as Kgomotso Tshwenyego and other speakers from acclaimed institutes and topped up by live musical performances from Winnie Mashaba and young local artists such as Tswana Sanctified Voices, Johnson Thato, Aregopoleng Boys Choir, Leah, Ditsala Moreneng and others. Comedian Mjamaica will be the Master of Ceremony.

The ultimate objective of the Annual Moral Regeneration programme is to contribute towards the development of a tolerant and moral society for the common good through the revival of the spirit of Botho and the actualisation and realisation of the family values of our society as embraced in the moral regeneration charter.

The Annual Moral Regeneration through its Motivational Speakers seeks to promote the prevention of HIV/AIDS, teenage pregnancy, alcohol and substance abuse, tribalism, violence, sexual violence, disrespect for the elderly and all other social-ills that continue to plunge the country into loss of identity and morality.

During the build up to the Moral Regeneration Winnie Mashaba will visit one of our local prisons as a restorative approach to prisoner rehabilitation whereby prisoners are encouraged to embrace spiritual and moral regeneration and guide them on how to lead a good life once they are released from jail.
