Mampane said as the college they are aware of the short career of footballers. “It is because of this that we want to encourage the players to enrol for some of our certificate and diploma programmes so that they may have something to fall back on when their careers come to an end,” said Mampane. In addition to this, Mochudi Centre Chiefs will be offered a house that they will use as a clubhouse by the college. Boitekanelo College Nutrition and Dietetics Department will also see to it that the players eat healthy food prior to every game. Chiefs chairman Raymond Tsheko, who could not hide his excitement, said they appreciate and accept the smart partnership with the college. He said with this partnership the club will be able to comply with all expectations. “The team needs medical doctors, physiotherapists, dieticians and counsellors and management needs a club house for its daily routine.
